803 Country Club Drive, Ojai, Residential

Turnkey resort living steps from the Ojai Valley Inn. Originally built by Hollywood icon Loretta Young in 1953 as her private residence adjacent to the Inn, 803 Country Club is a rare piece of Ojai history, reimagined. A 2024 down-to-the-studs renovation preserves its charm while adding the finest finishes and modern comforts. The single-level home sits on a nearly 34,000 sq ft lot, with light-filled living and dining spaces and an expansive primary suite. A one-bedroom guest house with kitchenette, fireplace, and private patio welcomes guests or extended stays. Mature gardens frame mountain views, and the pool, spa, and covered patios invite year-round enjoyment. With the Inn’s golf, spa, and dining moments away and downtown Ojai beyond, it’s an exceptional primary or second home.
