Directions: From Highway 126 go north onto A Street. Drive north to Goodenough Road and continue to the end of the road. There is a gate on the left hand side. Turn right going up onto Squaw Flat Road. The property is on the left and right side of the road. There are two possible building sites. The owners have submitted and filed paperwork with the County of Ventura to make it a legal lot.
